Resin Cast Frames are designed to facilitate the creation of multiple mold boxes for resins and silicones. Manufactured from a sturdy 5mm transparent methacrylate material and equipped with L-shaped sides for added structural integrity. Includes four spring clamps, which play a crucial role in securely holding each frame in place. It can be used repeatedly, making it an economical alternative to continually buying or building separate mold boxes. They can be configured in various ways to create molds of different sizes and shapes without having to invest in a range of mold boxes. These molds greatly facilitate the mold box assembly process but do not fully seal the joints. To prevent resin from leaking out during the casting process, the usual process for sealing the joints must be carried out.

Instructions for Use

• Ensure the area is completely free of imperfections and dirt before starting.
• Place the frames so that the L-shape matches the overlap of the next frame.
• When using a release agent, note that the resin walls may not be completely smooth.
• Place the spring clamps on the L-shaped joints to secure the position.
• To ensure a good seal between the frames and the base, any remaining gaps must be filled with modeling clay to prevent resins, silicones, or casting compound from leaking out. Any openings can cause leaks.
• Pour resin evenly over the surface.
• After the recommended resin curing, first carefully remove the spring clamps, then firmly remove the frames.
