Voracious and relentless, these enormous insects let nothing stand in their way. With their powerful mandibles, giant ants can gnaw through leather, wood, and even metal armor. When giant ants find their prey, nothing is wasted. All living material is harvested, chopped into pieces, and brought back to the nest to feed the brood and the giant queen.

A week ago, the Tinkettle mining company stumbled upon an unknown tunnel system while searching for copper. When the gnome miners investigated, they were attacked by hordes of giant ants. The foreman gnome, Oska Tinkettle, is desperate for a group of adventurers to eradicate the ants.
