This set contains acrylic paints that are both opaque and fluorescent, giving your miniatures and dioramas a striking bright appearance. The intensity of their color is especially noticeable when used on white surfaces.
In addition, these colors react to ultraviolet or black light, emitting light and thus creating endless creative possibilities.
Fluor paints are a type of acrylic paint that contains pigments which emit light when exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light. Their pigments are designed to absorb UV light and then re-emit it at a higher energy level, making them appear bright and vivid in the presence of UV light.
It is important to note that fluorescent paints are not the same as phosphorescent paints, which also glow in the dark but work by storing energy from light and slowly releasing it over time. Fluor paints require a constant source of UV light to maintain their bright, vivid appearance.
