These raw materials are available in various forms:

• Crushed stone / Gravel (small) average 2 mm
• Stone from half a cm to approximately 1 cm
• Sand from very fine sand to approximately 1 mm

Tip:

There are several ways to work with raw materials when it comes to the final appearance.

• First, you ensure the base is primed with a base coat, possibly with a basic colour over it (e.g., brown and/or green). And then apply the raw materials. In this case, the colour scheme of the raw materials is important for your choice.
• You finish your scenery first, then prime everything, and then you start working on the scenery with colours. Please note! In this case, it doesn't matter what colour raw materials you use. Personally, I choose black for the shadow effect.
• For attaching the raw materials, I use wood glue, which I apply with a brush and then sprinkle with gravel or sand. For applying the larger stones, I use a bit more glue and stick them one by one.

For a more beautiful finish, combining the various types of rocks, gravel, and sand is a must.

I usually use very fine sand for the appearance of moss on and between the stones.
