Welcome to our dedicated customer service page. We strive to make ordering and finding information as easy as possible. Your feedback is very important to us, and we're only satisfied when our customers are. Should anything unexpected happen, or if you're missing something, please let us know.

2 Order

2.1 How can I order?

Once you've found the product you want to order, click "Add to Cart." Then click "Complete Order" to enter your details. After this step, you can select your preferred payment method and complete the order. You'll receive an immediate email confirmation.

2.2 I can no longer find the product I ordered?

Because our inventory system is linked to the webshop, you might have accidentally purchased the last item. To prevent misunderstandings and duplicate sales, we preemptively remove the sold items from the webshop, making it impossible for you to find them again. You can then be sure it's reserved for you.

2.3 It says "more information" instead of "add to cart"!

You may find a product listed in our webshop with "more information." This means the product is temporarily out of stock. In that case, please contact us, and we'll send you an email when it's back in stock.

2.4 Place order (with payment obligation) – what does that mean?

European law requires every online store, starting June 13, 2014, to have the final step before proceeding to the final purchase of the order, in the relevant button, that the text "Order with payment obligation" be included.
This text reminds you that both the webshop owner and the buyer (you in this case) have various obligations. One of these is paying for the order placed. It may seem a bit complicated, but unfortunately, it's abused too often, which is why it's included in European legislation.

3 Shipping

3.1 What are the shipping costs?

We charge a flat fee to cover packaging and shipping costs. You'll see the exact amount when you place your order.

3.2 When will I receive my order?

Your package will be shipped as soon as we receive your payment. Your package will be ready for shipping before then.

4.1 I am presented with several payment options, which one should I choose?

We've chosen to offer you the widest possible range of payment options. Payments can be processed in various ways, including Mollie, PayPal, and bank transfer.

4.2 I have transferred the amount in advance, when will I receive my order?

Once we have received the amount due, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day. You will usually receive your products, if in stock, within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose.

4.3 Can I pay by credit card or VISA?

Yes, it is possible to pay by credit card or VISA/Mastercard through Mollie.
